What I’m specifically looking for is a tennis player who values team over the self. A tennis player who could care less about their UTR, NTRP rating, or any other number based on flawed or soulless algorithms. What I do care is if you’re coachable, you help your teammates, and you put team goals above all else. Team is who we are and teamwork is at the heart of what we do. – Coach Adrian
